1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with or responding to any online advertisement, sponsored post, lead‐generation form, carousel, story, or other promotional content (“Ads”) published by Preeminent Properties (“Company,” “we,” “us”) on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) or any other digital platform, you (“User,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the Legal Disclaimer below. If you do not agree, please do not interact with our Ads or submit your personal information.

2. Eligibility

  1. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to interact with our Ads.

  2. Ads are directed to residents of the United Arab Emirates only.

3. Ad Content & Lead Forms

  1. All property prices, payment plans, and incentives featured in the Ads are:

    • Indicative only, subject to change without prior notice

    • Based on the developer’s current offers at time of publication

    • Not a binding offer or contract

  2. Information collected via lead‐capture forms (e.g., name, email, phone number) will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting your details, you consent to receive marketing communications from Preeminent Properties.

4. Compliance with Platform Policies

  1. All Ads comply with Meta’s Advertising Policies, including (but not limited to):

    • Non‐discrimination and non‐targeting of protected classes

    • Transparent disclosure of promotional nature (e.g., “Sponsored”)

    • Accurate representation of products and services

  2. You acknowledge that Preeminent Properties may be required to modify or remove certain Ads to maintain compliance with evolving platform rules.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, images, graphics, video, logos, and trademarks used in our Ads are the property of Preeminent Properties or used with permission. No portion may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

  1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Preeminent Properties and its officers, agents, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your interaction with our Ads or reliance on any information contained therein.

  2. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Preeminent Properties, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our Ads.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions and the Legal Disclaimer at any time by posting a revised version. Your continued interaction with our Ads following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
