If you do not agree, please do not interact with our Ads or submit your personal information.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to interact with our Ads.
Ads are directed to residents of the United Arab Emirates only.

3. Ad Content & Lead Forms

All property prices, payment plans, and incentives featured in the Ads are:

- Based on the developer’s current offers at time of publication
- Not a binding offer or contract

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
